is Superball a tribute to...

just thought about but doesn't superball seem very similar to the fbi's in day of the tentacle. Right down to the voice and the oversized sunglasses and silly hair. I know that the fbi are usually portrayed in the same way but it just crossed my mind.

Your thoughts? is it a delibrate tribute or coincidence.

    It's not intentional... you could also say he sounds just like the g-men in Psychonauts, or most other things that mock overly uptight law enforcement officers :)

    No, no, no. That was the IRS. Superball does look and sound similar to them, though.
