Watch your own playthrough

edited November 2012 in The Walking Dead
Once the game is complete, will there be a way to just watch the game play with all your decisions in it?

I'm pretty into walking dead, watch the show and have read some of the comics and I just think it would be really cool to watch as kind of a mini series for tv

I agree. Maybe with some new camera angles and stuff added too.

I don't believe so, though I guess it would be cool.

Not sure if I like the idea though.

simple idea is record it while you play then edit the time wasting out.

assuming you can do that/know how ;) ;) imo i'd just replay the fucker..bit more entertaining, after all it is a 'game'

next thing you know people will want to have interaction moments in cinemas.... sheesh..

what milo said is true. easiest way to re-watch your decisions is by recording your play through with a program that works for you (Bandicam works great for me and is free) then once you finish an episode you can edit all the recordings (Bandicam only goes for 10 mins on free so typical eps have at least 9+ vids) using an editing program (Like windows movie maker) I have done this myself so that way even if my saves are messed up and i gotta delete/re-download/replay them all I will know pretty much the decisions I made so I can recreate my original playthrough:) hope this helps

i tried cam studio but it's got a crap frame rate as my youtube vid proved

i also have dxtory it's amazing quality pretty much what you see is what you get.

and it's simple to use. but of course hi def hi quality game recording eats up hdd space

a 15 mins vid was about 3 gb for me plus a little audio commentary downside was i couldn't upload it to youtube as it took to long.

milo use what i suggested for your youtube vids. a half hr vid of mine is only 78mbs and i converted it to avi format, threw it on a usb and now my gaming handicapped friends (DUMB FRIENDS:p) can enjoy this game on my 42inch lcd and it looks fine (except i run on low graphics to avoid problems but looks the same as when i play it)
