NO TIME LEFT- New Fan Art from me ;)

edited December 2012 in The Walking Dead
Hello.
I'm Ertaç Altınöz, an illustrator from Turkey and I did a fan art for the last episode "No Time Left".

I don't know if there is a specific topic under the forum for fan art section and I may be so rude to share this here( If I'm mistaken, please inform me so I can delete this thread instantly). I'm new with the forums

I think the final chapter of "The Walking Dead" from TellTale Games is about to release. And here is a little tribute for their hard work from me. I found so much fun in the originals and looking forward to see the next season.

Everybody is curious about the ending, I know. Lets see...

Lee saves Clem.
Lilly gets back.
Kenny gets bitten by Clem's mother and he dissappears.
Everyone else is dead.
Lee, Clem and Lilly manage to bring the boat to the ferry with the van.
Lee sacrifices himself for Clem and Lilly to keep them safe.
Lilly takes the little girl with her to Woodbury. (!)

And Clem gives Lilly's dog, the name "Lee".

..........................................
THE END

Not a happy ending but it is how it is. All comments are welcome.

I hope you like MY ending.
Lets wait and see what happens on the original's release date.

All the Best
Ertaç

P.S: You can see this image in a better resolution on my DeviantArt page.

Nice art. I wish I could draw.

It would be a hell of a twist if Lilly came back to save the day.

No idea about the dog, but the RV because OP thinks Lilly will come back. And she stole the RV in everyone's playtrough who didn't leave her stranded.

Seriously, what's up with the dog, though?

wow.It probably deserves more words, but it actually leaves me speechless. It is stunning

    so what you mean is:
no matter if you leave her on the road, she MIGHT steal the RV.
Who knows how far the RV went until they got to the train part.

    Hello,
I guess you left Lilly on the road while you were playing episode three.
In my play, I didn't let her fall behind and took her with me in the RV. And later on, she stole the RV and disappeared to an unknown fate.

In this image Lilly is back so RV is back, too.

Even with the other scenario (Lilly left alone on road), it is possible to see the RV with Lilly in the end cause RV was left on the road when they got on the train.

That dog is something I added to the original, to add the ending a heart-wrenching touch. (Clem-Lee thing) Lilly finds him while she was away from the group and brings the dog to Savannah with her.

Never mind, just my taste. I really don't think they'll bring her back, though.
    Just a hope ;)

(I'm mad with her for killing Carley but in the end, I think she had her reasons and she was always so logical with situations. Some part of me still likes her.)

    @TheNNerdGamer, ChainedTruth, ghostpuncher,Profanity amd rachellouise85-
THANK YOU all for your wonderful comments!

    Hello,
I myself didn't like him too.
As you know, he is bitten and I tried to depict him as he is about to transform just at that moment.
But while trying to add a desperate look to his face( you know- sadness, sacrifice and some letting go feeling ) with purple eye bottoms, I think I screwed :P

Anyway, @That1Guy, Pellet and FoxxyFox - Thank you so much!

This is epic! I love the style how you drew Lee and the zombies. Looks like the zombies have this emanating aura coming from them. Oh, and welcome to the forums!

Zeruis- Thank you for the warm welcome.

Web Head- Thanks for cheering me up. I really didn't think that way. I'm not that horny, I guess.
But even if I thought in this way, I think there is nothing wrong with zombies grabbing that part of the body. You know they are not attacking our arms or another body parts of us because they know those parts are those parts.

In any way I think he is not grabbing Lee's stuff. "It" must be more to the right. :P

Awesome. You really did a good job drawing the zombies, the one in the top right freaks me out. Loving the detail!

Kimmartykim- I've already studied art since highschool. I'm professional for four years and I couldn't resist for making a fan art of TWD after I complete released episodes.

Here is a JPEG file -some steps of the image-, someone might be interested...

@KingOfTheDead- Man, I'm really sorry that I'm afraid I can't find any other free time to make a new fanart around these days.

The other thing is, I hate Kenny! :) Am I the only one who thinks Kenny is the inconsistent .astard ?
I even thought to leave him be when he fell on the ground with a zombie after him at the first minutes of "Around Every Corner". (Of course, I didnt let him die)
But it was so nice for him to come with me at the end of the episode ;)

I have to say 2 things about this:

Lee is kind of muscley in this artwork, but in game he doesn't really look like that.

Also, Lee from this artwork reminds me of CJ from GTA:SA. :D

Other things is that it's made very good! Good job! :D

Man, do you read earlier comments or the info on my first message?

3rd:I think I already explained "that dog".
Did you "ever" play Episode 5? Is there anyone who can claim there will be a dog or not in episode 5?
Probably, it won't be, but it is not the important part here. The thing is, in my alternate ending, the dog- "Lee" exists. It exists because it'll remain with Clem after Lee went. It will be a good reminder of him.

Anyone noticed Clem is wearing Lee's jacket? Not? But it was a warm touch, too.

4th:In the other hand, I'm not seeing any theme that can be "horny" in this image.

About those muscles, Lee's muscles are no different than a normal man. It's all about the perspective. See, his hand is MUCH bigger than it must be comparing to his head. That is because of the camera angle. Objects are getting bigger while they approach to the camera. So his muscles are getting bigger, too. See, how thick his leg is at the bottom of the image. It's a trick of the proportion.
If you can imagine his pose with a straight camera angle, you'll probably see that he is nothing with a muscle body.

Anyway, this is a fan art man. Just an idea... Don't get this so serious.

@Web Head- Hehehe, no I really didn't feel annoyed. It made me laugh, as I said :)
We all love TWD Game, and I know all comments are because of this love.

Cheers man, to a spectacular season ending ;)

    Oh, hey thank you!
The big part of me wants Lee to survive, but the other half of me which is more reasonable, knows that he must die. I'll not be so happy if I see this ending but, this is how things should be done, I guess.

Meanwhile when I think about the whole serie, I know that shocking events are shaping the base characteristics of the game. And this adds to a more realistic feeling. But in the other hand, I don't want to believe in such a dramatic ending for a game with this kind of cartoony style :)
Anyway, they already proved us with sad endings as Carley or Duck "events" that we souldn't give free rein to fantasy.

I am afraid we will have to face with the worse in the final episode...
    So sad.

    @Jake- Thank you!
