I would NOT want Clem, the young girl who I've been protecting (and who with both now come to love each other as family) to shoot me in the face unless she had no other choice. I'd prefer Kenny since we've known each other pretty long (I have all of them coming in my 2nd play, my first I hid the bite and went alone so it could very well be Clem if I can't return her to the group fast enough). No need to damage the girl any further, I mean hell....
Although it would still be a very good and heart-wrenching ending, I just don't prefer it end that way for Clem's sake.

I'd prefer Lee to go out fighting off the herd while Clem and the rest escape. That'll also solve Lee's turning into a walker problem since he'd die before getting a chance to turn.

You know, that when he dies, he turns. Maybe with one leg or limp less, but as long as the head is attached with a brain, he will turn.
But maybe they are smart enough to cut off the arm with the bite, that would help.
im 100% sure telltale in ep 5 will give us the option 1: die as coward 2: do something useful
i think the campguy will fool us with zombie virus cure, he will try to lure us alone to his hideout for some reason. i dont think he want clementine, he took her cause he wants lee to come to him, avarage pedo wouldnt talk to us after kidnapping the girl, comon. he wants something, from lee
Lee & Clem find Clem's parents. Diana is about to give Edd's last cure to the infection, then in the way you grew Clementine it will be decided who shall be given the cure.

Lee dies and everyone are sad..then they're gonna bury him,and Lee's ghost comes behind random zombie and he says "Suprise,motafuka" and then shoots him..And he then Flyes in Sky and "we are the champions" starts coming out of nowhere...Then zombies turn in to unicorns and everything goes back to normal....Kinda ._.

I think it would be a good ending to have Clem shoot Lee. I think it would be very emotional. They must be hinting at something when TT made you teach Clem to use a gun. But I'm not sure, I hope that it's not rushed and crappy, because that would be bad, I want it to bring a tear to my eye, Clem is a nice little girl and messing up this, would mess everything up for me, but I'm sure TT will do their best and hopefully they will prove themselves the last episodes quality will be the deciding factor for me into whether I get season 2
Clem would probably be messed up in the head after shooting Lee. Seeing him die at all is already going to take its toll, but doing it herself? I'd prefer to hold off a bunch of walkers while the group gets to the boat, so at least maybe Clem could delue herself into thinking Lee was fine (as long as they don't see him actually die/get bitten again). Failing that, I'd prefer to have Kenny shoot me. He was the first member of the group we met, and since he's also my friend, I think it would only be apropriate for him to end it for me if he makes it that far. Since it's Episode 5, nobody is safe anymore.
lee gets choice to kill radio guy or let him live. Final cutscene shows clementine shooting lee in the head after lee hands her the video camera from end of episode 2. Clementine and whoever is left alive get on boat and it ends with clementine watching the video lee made which gives a little inspriational speech to her about surviving and how he tried his best. A flashback of your choices through the game appears as the camera slowly zooms out with tears down clementines face(and maybe the others have sad looks or tears as well).
I want to see it turn out that Lee has some kind of immunity to the virus. It's not out of the realm of possibility. The television series has kind of implied that Rick is the same - that somehow a near death experience during the initial outbreak confers a degree of hardiness and possible immunity.
Which isn't to say he isn't still a carrier of the virus - just that it can't turn him. Viruses can act this way in real life as well. You can get people who are carriers but not sufferers of the virus.
So I expect that Lee will turn out to be immune to the virus and the story will be about whether he is able to save Clem along with as many of the survivors as he can.
I expect that Kenny will die regardless of action, but that Ben, Christa and Omid will remain determinable by your decisions. Kenny's death will possibly be a turning point that will be decided by how well you've treated him over the course of the series.

He turns into a walker and then they cut his arms and jaw off and keep him as a pet to protect themselves from other walkers It's a win win situation because nobody will have to shoot him and he'll still be a valuable member to the group. Plus, he won't be able to bite them.
Sure it's a ripoff of what Michonne did to her boyfriend and friend in the comics but it was an excellent idea. Only downside is that he won't be able to comfort and take care of Clementine or communicate with anyone :S
Do you think the surprise might be that there is another 5 episodes we might need to purchase for $20 and wait a horrendous time for them to be released and then find millions of in game glitches for it all to be a dream ?
I think during the epic battle between radio guy and Lee, Lee will die saving kenny from the radio guy and come back as a walker shortly later to kill radio guy while everyone else escapes to the boat. That or what Lee thought was a bite turns out to be some scratches he got during the struggle with the walker that he got from some metal or something other than the walker....

- Train Clem well, she lives.
- Treat Kenny like crap - he runs off solo and gets himself killed.
