The "real" ending is that they're in the matrix.

I'd rather stretch it out to about 8 over the course of a year. More time to develop character and less need to kill people off quickly. Doubt it'll happen though due to the complexity of branching stories.

If TTG can keep a release pace of one episode per month, then why not a 12 episodes season? That would amount to about 24 hours of play or a season of 24, so it would be very possible to both add and kill characters, and most importantly make sure the season won't feel rushed - in episode 3 a LOT of people in Lee's group died, and that was a little too many too soon. Especially since one replacement was killed off way too soon in episode 4...

To be fair, i think they killed those characters off to emphasize the kind of world the characters live in. You don't have the privilege of getting to know people in a world where death can take you away any second. On the other hand, he only had three new lines in the entire episode...

My biggest Gripe is that those 3 deaths should've happened in episode 2 and we shoulda got 2-4 deaths spaced over 3 & 4 so that the death thing hits home. They tried to score a grand slam and ended up with a ground rule double.
