What happens to everyone who goes with you/ stays behind?

Am I the only one who thinks a gruesome fate awaits either everyone who goes with you or whoever stays behind?

    I'm thinking that whoever you brought with you will die throughout the course of the episode. Whoever stayed behind will die offscreen, except for a couple characters.

    Kidding, that would be boring as hell. I'm expecting there to be a lot of "What the fuck? NOOOO!!!" or "Holy shit, no way!" moments.

    It ought to be interesting what changes depending on if you leave characters behind or take them with you - especially whether you showed your bite or not!
