The walking dead collectors edition

This is a gamestop US exclusive but I want to get it but I live in the UK. is the game region free or can it only be played overseas?

    Both the Xbox and PS3 version of the Collectors Edition are NTSC. If you have a console purchased here, it will be NTSC, but if you purchased your console in the UK, which is probably the case, then it is PAL and the NTSC discs will not work.

    I thought PS3 has no region locked games?
