unexplained theories thread

edited November 2012 in The Walking Dead
just in general, on every episode what things weren't explained or understandable, unseen characters or what theories do you have that you didn't understand, for example: the family in the picture back at the train.

PS to mods: IDK if something like this was done before D:

Kill a few people, those guys reanimate. Bite a few more guys, they reanimate.

    The chain continues.

How did the zombie in the shed die? Lee just pushed it, a random object fell on its head, and splat.

He pushed it into the shelves, and there was a TV on the shelf, it fell off and crushed its head. Pretty simple no?

You had the girl shoot the doctor then run. We know nothing else that happened. That leaves it open to a tom of different things happening. She could have shot a few people on her way out, sure, but how would she even get out...if she even dis?

Basically, if crawford was overrun we could assume the worst happened. Most armed individuals could be out looking for survivors. The girl could have broken a hole in crawfords perimeter, the gunshot attracting walkers. Maybe she killed the guards on her way out and even opened the gate herself. There are plenty of possibilities, just be creative.

We can hear a bunch of gunshots as she exits the room.

How did Clem's babysitter turn if she was in the house all along? The house itself seemed like it had not been disturbed by anyone before Lee turned up.

    Three possible explanations:

    - she had been bitten before she arrived at the house, developed a fever whilst minding Clem and died

    - the babysitter had an accident, i.e. she slipped and banged her head

    - Clementine is in fact a psychopath and she killed the babysitter.

The reality is clem also gave the supplies to the bandits, forcing ben to take the blame for her. This leads to kenny's family dying and eventually lee getting bit. Clem is the source for it all! :O

A sudden stop and a train window.

Ok here's one for you. If the radio guy kidnapped clem and she dropped the walkie talkie next the garbage where the walker was how come it stayed hidden and didn't pop out until lee reach for it.

    I'm just sayian :)

1.)The walker probably died there, reanimated in dat spot, stayed there, then when he smelled blood he bit Lee and Died.

2.) the radio bastard planned this!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

(weird how many of us are now calling zombies walkers, one day we wont know what zombies means and just call them walkers :P)

in the room where campman was killed, there is a door if clicked does nothing, and when you asked clementine she replies like "there's nothing there" .. seems odd they made that door clickable if there wasnt something important behind.

Point-and-click games usually let you interact with doors the player would consider interacting with.

For instance, if you wanted to leave out the window, you could try, but Lee would say he wasn't going to do that.

How come zombies couldn't "climb" the body piles on the outskirts of Crawford?

#3 might explain how she was able to drag Lee into the store in Savannah ;).

Where are all the guns I've collected troughout the game?

Also they probably didnt know that when you die, you turn to a walker. They were probably storing there dead somewhere.

Empty and useless, probably. What's the point in having a truckload of guns if you don't have ammo for any of them? I'd rather use the space to carry a more efficient melee weapon, while keeping at least one gun per person. The odds of finding enough ammo to fill all the guns Lee has found(even partially) was slim to none.

I have a theory: I don't think Campman ever had a family. I think he was just some lonely weirdo who lost his %$@# after the zombie apocalypse and started pretending he had a wife and kids and then subsequently 'lost' them when Lee's group took his stuff. I bet when Lee's group found the station wagon he was off in the woods 'losing' his son.

What evidence do we have that he really had a family: The sweatshirt? He could have gotten that anywhere? His 'wife's' zombified head: Again, he could have gotten that anywhere.

If I'm missing anything do tell.

if your talking about when lee was burying the boy that was the kidnapper, if your talking about the shed by the motorpool that I believe was molly.

yeah, they stored them as a barricade. Molly confirmed it if you asked her "whose bodies were those" when you first meet her.

so in other words, they did know.

How the hell Campman+ Adam(son) go hunting with the Bandits in the area?

    And not get caught???
  • edited November 2012
i find it weird that the son just "left". Where did he possibly go? Also, Clementine was seen talking to the radio in episode two, before they even stole food from the car. she also tells lee that the radio was broken in episode one, which was confirmed to be untrue.

hmm, then again, she probably just used the batteries that doug/carley gave to her at the end of the second episode. maybe she was just as dumb as carley when it came to batteries? but i really wonder with campman's son. i'm sure it was jolene who was in the car in that video recorder, so.........???

Plus where was the women at? He said he went hunting with his son and the girls (his wife and daugther) waited

The women was not with the car or was they out searching for Adam when we found the car?

What was the meaning of the video from the crazy lady in Ep2 where she talks abaout Clementine as if she was her own child? Was she just crazy or was there some truth in it?

I think she was all on about protecting her because she was a girl and saw all men as evil. I think.

I think that was foreshadowing of the events in episode 3.

In particular, the last part where she says "as long as the bandits keep getting food from that dairy, you'll be safe."

They stopped getting food from the dairy, turning their attention to the motor inn, leading to the inevitable raid...
