paid but not recieved

according to my bank account activity i have paid for the walking dead game twice but i still cannot play it plz reimburse me for one payment and set it up so i can play what i have paid for plz email me at adam_regey@hotmail.com thnx

    I just checked your account, and your payment did not go through. Please check with your bank if you have any questions to why this occurred. Any charges you may see on your account are Pending Authorization Holds, and typically come off your account in 2-3 business days. Your account will not be charged.
