Are you guys sure there's not like a precondition before the blimp will show up?

I drove for a good half an hour, looking for it and I KNOW it didn't appear the whole time.

    If you are driving too fast, you can actually miss the blimp. It is flying slowly enough that you can zoom right under it before you see it.

    I just got the decal for the Blimp. It doesn't appear in the distance like the other stuff does, it actually appears pretty close to you on the left. On "Gear 3" (out of 4) it barely had time to clear the sidewalk before I drove past it.

    So if you drive on "Gear 4" (aka full speed) all the time it won't even get to clear the buildings.

    Just remember: slow and steady wins the blimp. :D

    good thing, i realised you can speed up only after getting the blimp..damn, i am so smrt..
