Chuck, Mark, and Molly... Semi Spoilers

edited November 2012 in The Walking Dead
They weren't in the ending choices list. Then again, neither was Clementine, but we know the reason for that.

I'm really disappointed with the removal of Molly and lack of backstory for Mark. I'm pretty sure most people fed Mark in episode two in hopes of finding out who he is or how he joined, but it was not revealed. Oh well.

yeah I was hoping for some more Molly :( I guess coz those guys weren't long term companions. I woulda been nice to learn more about Mark..it seemed they only placed him there so the more important characters aren't dinner :P

    Mark's backstory is explained though.

He was at the Airforce Base that Lilly worked at. During the 3 months between episodes 1 and 2, Lee and co. went to the base and found it overrun, and found Mark locked inside a big storeroom with heaps of food supplies.

They made a deal with him to let him into the group, in exchange for sharing his food with them. And that's how he joined the group.

I was a bit disappointed that he, Chuck and to a lesser extent Molly, weren't in the epilogue.

yeah I could understand why not Brie or Vernon but those three missing were weird even if it was for just one choice since Katjaa was there too after all.

also, they never explain why they went to the base to begin with, or why the blackout occurred (of course, that one had a few possible reasons). it also seems mark did not know who lilly or larry were even though he supposedly went to the same base. They should've at least recognized their face. And remember in episode three when lee goes back to his parents drugstore to get supplies for the group? there was a walker air force zombie who lee did not kill but impale, and lee looked sad at doing that for some reason. Wonder why.

I don't think any of these characters were with us long enough (gameplay-wise) to matter.

Poor Chuck would have been cool to see him last longer
