Chapter 8?

I looked at my Steam achievements for The Walking Dead, and the only one I haven't gotten was "Complete chapter 8 of Episode 5", even though I beat the entire game.

Is this a glitch, or is there some other secret chapter that I don't know about?

    please don't make it so i have to play ep 5 again i love the game and i feel like it would be less special if i had to go through it again
