Clem's parents

edited November 2012 in The Walking Dead
Well... Damn. That was pretty depressing seeing them like that, I had hoped that at least Diana would live but both UNDEAD? I had chills when I saw them near the end. Also, the episode 5 trailer had someone else on the radio which didn't sound like Clementine which gave me more hope of Diana being alive but meh, they're both dead and at least we know what has happened to them both.

In the final message I thought it was clear the dad was dead and she had been bit.
Guess I might have been right I suppose.

That was Jolene she was part of the Save Lots bandits who attack the motel in episode 3.

Yeah. And I find it amazing that Clementine was still able to work under the pressure of seeing both of her parents dead. She saw them, but still find the courage to help Lee into the building. Clementine is my favorite character, and always will be.

How big is the changes, that they would still be outside the Marshhouse, where Clem would see them? They were still together to. They could have been far away, but they were just outside!!! What a coincidence :D

To be honest I was quite miffed as to how they even got there, sure they were part of the horde, but still the last message implies that Diana and Ed were in a military/FEMA hospital of sorts.

No, you'l notice she has a childs sleeping bag an a picture of a child.

She is a grieving mother who lost her child. and she see's clementine and believes she's in danger so she wants to save the little girl because it reminds her of her own lost child.

In a way, she turned out to be a lot like Campman, in that regard. Except Campman was a lot more sane. Y'know...except for that...one thing...

    What's in the bag?

On a more serious note, I actually began to like this guy and the change of voice was different compared to his creepy redneck voice in EP3-4 (no offense to rednecks) but now that we have met him in person, he seems much less of a threat, because like others in this world, he was simply trying to survive.

How did you not look in the bag?

His wife's zombified head is what's in it.

I did, creepy stuff, I was referencing Borderlands 2 which had something similar, which in turn referenced Se7en.

Aye, a cheap moment, bundled with Clem's offscreen superhuman strength.
