csi 3 dimensions of murder wrong disk

I installed the game just fine but went to play it and it said wrong disk,there isnt a finger print nor a scratch on it and i can play the elder scrolls oblivion just fine on my pc,any help would surely be appreaciated.OH and i also have two drivers and both with the same results.

Sorry to hear about the problem. It might be due to the copy protection acting up.
