Special Ending or Just Steam Issues?

Yes, I purchased this game, as it says in the title, on Steam. I have fully completed the game yet I still have a achievement locked entitled "Complete Chapter 8 of Episode 5." There is no chapter 8 so is there a secret extra part that can be unlocked if you do certain things or did my Steam connection just hiccup while I was playing?

    Never mind, I figured out it's just a known issue. There are no secrets to be unlocked.

    I just replayed the ending. When the game returns o the title screen, go to play a new game and you will see that Episode 5 is now in the saved file slot.

    The achievement was then unlocked.
