Telltale, Please tell me how to remove Omid and Christa, I tried eveything!

I really, really, want to know how to show the bite but have Omid and Christa not join. I was told it's almost impossible (Almost impies it's possible), but I've been a complete dick to both of them in episode 3 and 4, left Clem at the house without a gun, and still they want to help when I show the bite. I'm starting to think it's impossible to get rid of them. I'm trying to let Kenny know about the bite but still have only him join me at the end of 4, but only way I can get just him is to hide it which I want to avoid.

Now that it's all out, please just tell me what it takes to avoid Omid and Christa while showing the bite? I know for sure I'm not the only one trying to find out.

    I'm working my Pro-Kenny save, and I want just him and Lee going into episode 5 together but I don't want to keep the bite a secret, I want Kenny to know, AND be the only one joining me. Seems impossible.

    Yeah, you're trying way too hard for specificity in a game that barely lets you deviate from the linear plotted course. :P

    So it is not possible to go with just Kenny with him knowing about the bite? Can you at least confess to him afterwards?

    sorry you're stuck with them. Even if you managed to get kenny to come with you, you meet up with everyone else anyway. It's a great game but the choices and story is pretty linear

    Then how come at the end of the episode, the stats show a certain percentage
    of players that were able to have just Kenny with you? And it's not just him,
    it's a certain amount of number when it comes to Krista, Omid and Ben as well.

    haven't managed but my theory is that if it's really possible to have only kenny then everything would turn out the same. the other characters aren't really needed for anything that happened. instead of kenny dieing with the christa/ben incident he simply get's separated from you when you walk the rail (just like you lost omid and christa). So yea, I doubt anything would change on how it plays out.

    First you would have to be hella nice to Kenny from the get go

    Agree with every decision he made and go against Lilly 100 percent if you did not do that i dont see Kenny coming with you for army of two mission.

    I know how to get just Kenny, I ended up with just him but I had to hide the bite from him to remove Omid and Christa, I didn't want to hide it though I want to show it and have them still not come.

    Christa and Omid will always go with you if you reveal the bite, as far as I know.

    i think the only way to get them not to come with you is try hard to be an ass hole to them at every opportunity (not tried it because it just feels wrong to be intentionally horrible to people for no reason) but disagreeing with christa, not bonding with omid over american history, leaving omid on the bridge saying you will have his woman (or whatever the real line is ) and not saving any of them to get in the train then not caring about omids leg and saying crawford had the right idea (or something similar) when talking to christa in the doctors room, then hiding the bite (which kenny would have done he said) will make them not come with you, but not 100% sure as i haven't done a be mean to christa and omid play through, but maybe after all that they may not help you if you reveal the bite aswell

    no because you meet up with anyone you left behind back at the mansion before any of that happens, so it doesnt matter at all who goes with you to try find vernon

    After you pass out Kenny figures it out. He isn't mad at you.
