Can you save Molly without Clementine?

Does anybody know if you can save Molly from the Walker, without Clementine?

    yes, you need good aim and get a headshot.

    Yup. Though I always find myself bringing Clem and her shooting the walker.
    I have terrible aim. Especially when i'm under stress.

    Atleasti I left Clem with Omid because I thought Crawford would be more dangerous than a Walker Omid.

    And yes, I was able to saw Molly without Clem.

    I also left her in the mansion. I wasn't scared about Omid turning, but he needed a little nurse who could defend him. I was scared by Crawford. Helping Molly isn't that hard.

    I was suprised that so many people chose to take Clementine to Crawford. At the time, you don't know it's been overrun. Sure, some people say it's dangerous to leave her when Omid could turn, but you can give her a gun, and as long as she's quiet, she'll be safe from walkers.
