oh please for the exception of season 1 its been a snorefeast, being couped up in one place having the same tiresome discussions with eachother, and dont get me started with the Governor LOL seriously. This game made me cry the Tv show made me sleep.
The Walking Dead has the most interesting fanbases.

I like the game, love the show and really don't care for the comic. I don't know - something about the comic feels kind of meh. I thought the show had more character and soul for some reason.
As for season 2 being dull - I loved it. I thought it really *got* what Zombie horrors are really about, people dealing with each other in a situation where the modern rules don't hold anymore. It's not about the zombies, violence or hardcore action. It's about people trying to find a way to survive and cope.

I really liked Season 2. Haven't seen 3 yet.
NOBODY liked season 2 especially compared to season 1. Nothing happened in season 2.

That's funny - Season Two consistently had higher viewer ratings for its entire run. Their lowest viewer rating was nearly 1 million more viewers than season 1's highest viewer count.
Yeah. Nobody liked Season 2. That's why Season 3 has had even higher viewer ratings than the highest season 2 episode.
Do some research before you make wild anecdotal claims based on your personal preferences.

i post on imdb and there the consensus is that season 1 is better.
ever since Frank Darabont left, the show has crashed. infact even the producers accepted the criticism and said season 3 wont be like season 2.
I like all Walking Dead - TV show, comics and game.
The TV show is not exactly what I would like it to be, but I still enjoy it. The only thing I'm hating is the romance between Andrea and The Governor - I mean, really?
The comics is good enough, because really, without the comics, there wouldn't be any game or TV show, right?
The game is very epic to me, and is my most favorite one.
There's also the novels, I read Rise Of The Governor and I really loved it. Can't wait to get my hands on Road To Woodbury.
I really don't think it's fair to say that one thing's crap because you like something else. There's no reason to not like more than one.
Personally I love both the show and the game. I've never been a big comic book person so I probably won't read it though i've heard good things
I think it's good though that the comic, show, and game have had rave reviews since it shows that the franchise is going strong and that we can expect more to come
Didn't you create a thread castrating people who had something to say about the game you liked, while calling them 'ungrateful'? And now you go around and make fun of people who like the show? lol.
I was calling them ungrateful because I paid 20$ for the whole collection to play a video game that trumps nearly every single narrative/writing/story telling aspect in general, than most big budget games that have a 70-100 million budget and publishers who charge me 60$ plus tax and 50+ dollars for further dlc that they purposely take out of the game to sell as extra content.
The game had flaws, I didn't deny that, I called them ungrateful because many of the members wanted the game to have bigger and better productions and more meaningful choices and constantly pointed games such as Heavy Rain as there first example (which costed 60+ dollars, and had an extremely high production budget thanks to sony).
Now the show...I don't watch it for free. I have Directv, and I have to pay a 100$ cable bill to be able to even watch the show.

If anything it's about on par with the show - with some occasional dips into not being as good and some occasional being better.
What it does have is excellent voice actors who really sell you on the characters - and make it a solid product on its own.

They all offer completly different experiences, each experience being great in it's own right.
I just don't compare and it works out for me.

Not me. I love the show just as much. Its been great this season too.
I dont know why I bother asking this of people but if you hate the show so much, why are you watching it???
For those of you with a lesser opinion of the TV series, consider how awesome it would be if it came out... one episode every two months!
LOL. Enjoy your soap opera zombie apoclaypse snooze fest.
The 1st season of walking dead was good..ever since it's been teetering on the edge of decent to unwatchable.
Because it's probably better than 90% of the garbage they call television nowadays...plus HBO isn't free, so that's basically why.
(i know you didn't quote me, but i watch the show as well even though I'm not a huge fan
