If you saw the other tape, you saw that the doctor and Molly were obviously having sex, as a deal for him to get her medicine for her sister because she was diabetic. She explains all that later to Lee. When she shows Lee the picture of her sister, it doesn't look like that Anna at all, so that wasn't her sister or anything.

What I was saying though, that given the Doctor was exploiting Molly, it occurred to me that he might also be exploiting Anna, and trying to use his position to pressure her into aborting her/their baby.
first, she seems to know a lot about the nurse's office when we were going to infiltrate Crawford, and Christa even questions it
also, when we go to get the battery, she repeatedly kicks the doctor zombie (the one you see in the 2 tapes)
she also goes to leave with the battery to go "sightseeing" and when she comes back lee is suspicious of her
and then she leaves, although she wanted a way out of Savannah
my guess is that i think she might be Anna Correa, the girl that is pregnant in the tapes

You're missing a third tape that can be found in the locker with the bloody hand print on it. Check the walker doctor again for the combo to the locker. The third tape answers all your questions. Good luck man!
