Easily, my one and only complaint was the episodic release , next go round I will put on blinders until I can buy the whole game at once.

I paid 28 dollars. It is much better then certain games I bought at 60 dollars. I think this whole putting price low on the game was a great outcome leading to even more games sold then if they would charged 59 dollars.

for only 25 bucks i think its worth it, iv played other games that i only played for around the length of the five episodes and it costed much more and just didnt deliver as good(cough, mass effect 3,cough).

Bought it twice, on steam and 360. No regrets.

Liked it so much I got it for my 360 (as it was being released via episode) and then pre-ordered the collector's edition of the disc release (also 360)
  • edited November 2012
I bought it when it was on sale :D
The gap between episodes kinda make me unpatient though.
but the game itself and everything was worth my money. ^-^

Same here, on both accounts. It actually exceeded my expectations, since it was actually much better than I expected it to be. :)

For the amount of time I've put into it, this game was a steal at $25. My steam count just clocked it's 60th hour, I think. :P

I have it on my 360 too!

ha lol anyone who payed more than 20 dollars got burned

Bought it twice, once on ps3 for $15 (1st 2 were free on plus) and once on steam to take screenshots, and because I love the game a lot. If I didn't already have issues 1-48, I probably would've gotten that collectors edition too.

Same! $12. Would have bought it at full price ages ago had I known how good it was, but I'm kind of a cheapskate. :o

I was really on the fence before Episode 1 came out, but by the time I played through Episode 2 I knew that the game would definately be worth it. One of the best $25 I've spent.

I reckon the price was good

The price was amazing. I would have payed the normal $60 that PS3 games cost for this. Especially since this blows most games which cost $60 out of the water.

Lucky! I paid $18 >.< but hopefully for Season 2 I get to buy it as soon as it comes out :D

Bought it 3 times, and the play time I get between all the systems I own it on is worth the money. $20 for the entire season on one system is a steal. I was happy to give Telltale $20 for each console :P

Once on the PC, once on the 360 (ended up selling the 360 and getting a PS3.. which I then went and got TWD on that as well >_<)

I got the 1st 2 episodes for free from PSN for PS+ users, the moment that episode 5 was released i bought them from amazon for PC digitally.

Definitely. I normally don't say this, lol, but I'd be willing to pay more provided that Season Two were to improve on its predecessor in some significant manner. Season 1 beats a lot of 50-60$ games in my book as it is.

If they could expand on player choice and consequences with out hurting the overall story, I would gladly pay $60 for season 2.

It was one of the best gifts I've ever gotten. :)

I'd play this over most big-budget $60 games.

I'm lookin' at you Black Ops II.

I spent 25 bucks. Great investment despite my complaints.

Now that I've spent 90 - I'm sticking with my "yeah, it was worth it" answer. :D
  • edited November 2012
It definitively was money well spent. Can't wait to buy season 2! Glad I get to get it the day it comes out this time (I only got to buy season 1 after episode 2, and I had already watched some playthroughs of the game so I knew what was going to happen going into the first two episodes).
