Generate random story decisions for skipped episodes problem

Anyone know a way around this glitch? Replaying on a new save, beat episode 1 but won't let me continue to 2 without passing this message. I continued on episode 1 and it didn't work, I clicked rewind and re-played the last chapter and watched till the end of the credits and it still won't let me play episode 2. Any help?

    Okay I chose to generate random decisions, and from the previously on segment it all seems right. Is the glitch just the message popping up or am I really lucky to randomly get the same choices I made on this save?
