Where did you tell Omid and Christa to meet? Will it potentially affect S2?

edited December 2012 in The Walking Dead
Just wondering where people told them to meet. I said the boat, because I thought there was a potential to perhaps meet Vernon and try getting the boat back.

Also, do you think it'll have an affect on Omid and Christa if they are in season 2? I sense the general consensus here is that Omid and Christa would have eventually left the city after Lee and Clem didn't come back for some time, and they seemed determined to go to the country. Just wondering if you guys think where the end up potentially in S2 will or will not be determined by where you told them to meet up.

I think they would leave after waiting wherever for however long. But they'll probably think I was weird, or affected by Kenny's assumed death a lot. I spent all my time "shitting over" his plans, then as soon as he's gone, I start yelling about finding a boat x)

I told them to meet Lee as soon as he got across the sign... *gulp*

I have a feeling I'll be re-playing episode 5 again. Clearly with that choice, Clem didn't see them when she left the hotel.

The train. I figured it's out of the city and only other place we know about right now. I a thought that they could possibly reverse the train but stay off it, driving all or atleast a fair amount of the walkers back out of the city.

I told them to meet Lee and Clem down at the Marsh House. But I don't think it's gonna affect anything because she doesn't seem to find them, she ends up in the countryside anyway.

I told them to meet at the train and Clem the same, but Christa said she would go to the countryside & Clem was there too at the end. So I bet all 3 will meet where the season 1 ended.

I told them to meet them on the ground. But, didn't Omid and Christa talk about living in the country side like FoxxyFox said? That means they probably gave up on finding Lee and Clem, and decided to go out there, but then noticed Clem in the distence, hence the shadows. But who knows. Guess we'll find out.

I'm surprised how many people didn't wait through the credits. But, that country side scene doesn't reveal the two shadowed figures on purpose. I personally think it was Christa and Omid, but Clem raised her looked at the bullets and had a scared look. Not, because she saw something we didn't. I think she saw just shadowy figures. I think she had to make a survival decision. What if it was two of a massive horde of zombies right behind them?

I don't think she picked up the bullets because of the shadowy figures. She was looking at her feet the whole time as she walked towards the log. While looking down still, she noticed the bullets, and picked up the shotgun shell, must have known it didn't work with the gun, and got a sad look either because she remembered that bullets just killed Lee, or because it didn't work with the gun.

Plus, the shadowy figures couldn't have been two of a massive horde because one looked and pointed, and the other leaned it to see where they were pointing.

By the train. Telling them to stay in the city is probably the worst idea ever.

Yeah, you're right toasty, I hadn't realized I missed the pointing. And you're right, it was a log. My memory was playing tricks on me. I was really dumbfounded with that ending.

I didn't tell them to "Stay" in the city. Just to stay long enough to find Clem and Lee(if he lived.) I entrusted Clem to them and they accepted wholeheartedly. I didn't want Lee's little girl walking the streets without help and I didn't think he wanted that either. They swore to protect her just as I had.

I told them to wait by the train. They must have gotten tired of waiting and went on to the countryside...I hope Clem is safe with them.

I thought that going towards the train, they would be going through the city against the herd. My sense of direction is pretty..well non-existent though x3

I told them to just Find Lee and Clementine, was a bit too ambiguous on Lee's part for my liking :D

I didn't tell them to go to the train because when they left with the train there was a horde of zombies and i thought its now full of them. I told them both to go to the countryside away from cities.

I told Christa and Clem to meet at the train. It's a place that both were familiar with and could find. Whether or not it's crawling with walkers is another matter. I suspect it was and Christa, Omid and Clem just kept on running before reuniting. They all meet up in the countryside.

I thought they could use it to go to the country side.

I love Omid's reaction to "Find me when you get down."

"What the fuck does that mean!?"
  • edited December 2012
But yeah, told 'em to find me when they got down. Should've thought about it maybe...

I panicked and said to find a boat, and regretted it afterward. I would have said to meet by the train, since that seemed like the only safe way out.

First playthrough at the train, second playthrough "...". That's gonna be a surprise.
