First I thought the stalker was gonna be some terrifying psycho, but they had to make him a complete pussy. Made it seem like a joke.

The stranger was played by Roger Jackson, and the Radio Guy was played by Anthony Lam. Why did they use two different actor's?

Yeah, they have different voices actors. Chuck and the voice on the radio have the same voice.

They didn't make him a pussy. Them made him a real person. Someone who had lost everything and had nothing left to lose and it drove him to madness.

He was a psycho but he was the... "educated" and calm psycho.

I assumed Roger Jackson voicing The Stranger on the radio but not in person was meant to be a really weird voice actor reference.

If you don't know, Roger Jackson voices Ghostface in the Scream movies, even though the actual person behind the mask is always a different actor (or actress!).

I knew it! Maybe they changed it because the voice was too similar to Chuck.

The first time i've heard the radio guy I said to myself "What kind of fucking pedophile is this?"
My actual words. Then they swapped the voice actors.
