No free CD-Rom

So I bought season 1 way back in the day when just the first episode was out and I was looking forward to getting my game cd later for my shelf but it has never come. Whats with saying we also get a free hard copy of the game if we bought it online but it is never delivered?

    Did you go to the disc page and get the free disc? It doesn't come automatically since not everyone wanted it.

    Oh I thought it was supposed to come automatically. Is there a way to find my order number?

    Also, your order number is in every email we've sent you about episodes being available, if you've still got those. Or you could visit the My Games page, which should list them there!
