I'm surprised there isn't a thread about this yet. Today on the home tab of the XBOX dashboard there's a commercial for the VGAs starring Samuel L. Jackson as Lee in the Walking Dead. I'd say Telltale has officially made the big time. =P

    I've been looking around but no luck so far. I did find a video with Geoff Keighley talking about how for the VGAs they've worked with a bunch of different developers to put him into their various games throughout the awards ceremony. So my guess would be that they all might be released more widely after the VGAs tomorrow night.

    I can't wait to see Sam Jackson in the other clips! The Walking Dead trailer is great, our artists even did special animations for Jackson's face. I'm not sure if Spike are planning to release it on their website during/after the VGAs broadcast, but I hope they do!

    i would just turn on my xbox and have a look but i haven't used it in ages and i have lent my controller to a friend so i couldn't even update it

    i know, sometimes i don't think they truly understand the sacrifices i make for them :D

    but they don't own a good PC (just a laptop) so they are missing out on the ultimate entertainment that a PC provides so i feel sorry for them and the sacrifice is worth it :cool:

    Excuse my ignorance, but Samuel L. Jackson is the one who can't stand any motherf*cking snakes on a motherf*cking plane, right? I want to see that, it must be amusing xD.

    Samuel L. Jackson as Lee sounds amazing.

    Now I'm imagining Lee reciting Ezekiel 25:17 as he chops his way through the walkers.

    Kinda makes me wonder how many other of the studios up for awards were commissioned to make these ads. Is this indicitive of Telltale's chances?

    They likely did it for all of the games up for Game of the Year. It's pretty common for awards shows to insert the host into the games/movies/TV shows up for awards.
