Episode 3 need HELP *Possible Spoilers*

Hey guys I am stuck on the part where I have to start up the train. I get through panels 6 and 5, but when I try to flip the switch for number 9 it does not give me the option. Is it due to the recent game update? Or is it just always been bugged? I tried resetting the episode a couple times already and nothing was helping. Any advice would be appreciated thank you in advance. By the way I am playing on the Xbox 360.

    I don't recall my panel numbers but there are two in the front and one on the outside of the train near or where you get the wrench. I think you turn it.

    Yeah number 9 is outside but when I open it it does not give me the option to turn it anymore.

    The only trouble I had was finding it since it's not in the cabin with the other switches. If you found it and turned it then maybe try posting your question on TTG's technical support page. I've not heard of any bugs or this issue but I us a PC.

    Ok, thank you because me and a friend are playing the same time and we are both experiencing the same issue.

    You're forgetting panel 6 the left knob needs to be horizontal and the right one stays vertical.
