stay safe or make risks

this is another "what would you do" thread.

what I mean is:

Stay safe- be away from walkers, do no effort to help fight off walkers, stay in the shadow sort of way.

Make risks- fight off walkers, risk your life for others sort of way

or would you do kinda both

    I guess it really all depends on the situation. I'd obviously not go off searching for a fight or do anything to attract attention on purpose, and when the better choice is to run, I'd run. But I'd fight if I had no other choice, and I'd fight to save those in my group (at least, I say that now, sitting on the couch). As for strangers, I'd like to say I'd help them, and maybe I would if they seemed like they would in turn help me out in some way. But if I found a girl screaming on the streets, surrounded by walkers while I'm scavenging for supplies like in episode 3...well, that I just don't know.

    I'd go on a zombie killing spree.

    I mean, seriously, in that form of apocalypse, what else is there to do?

    Safety is all that matters, right? I see no reason to just go out and kill zombies other than scavenging for food and supplies.

    you need to balance both.
    if you just go safe and never take any risk you will most likely end up dead, you will never find good shelter or food.
    if you are too risky all the time you are bound to die..

    most survivors in the series combine both.

    If I'm just answering, I'll probably answer to Take Risks. But in the real situation, I get the feeling I'd run away and cower. So...stay safe.

    TBH, in this world, death is always around the corner.

    There is no point in huddling and being afraid of what is around you all the time.

    There should be a balance of both, risk your life for your friends. Hopefully they would do the same for you, for strangers and people you consider foe. Screw them.

    Make risks. But only to survive. No crazy berserk Lee fighting trough a herd of walkers- shit. :D

    I would take risks, mostly. Always make an effort to save someone, stranger or not, unless it's clear the situation is hopeless/too dangerous. The walker numbers keep going up as ours keep going down. United we stand or divided we will fall.

    Both in a way. If I have to risk my life for getting supplies or saving someone I'd probably do it. Yet If something really really dangerous gets in my group's or in my way I'd probably run with them like a bitch.

    i would mostly try and just stay safe, but there would be a few circumstances i would take risks for

    You can't just hide and never run out of resources. Even Vernon's group would run out after a few months.
