Contents of disc version

edited December 2012 in The Walking Dead
Just a question for anyone who purchased the standard edition retail release of TWD. Are there any bonus features on the disc? Any behind-the-scenes videos, interviews, concept art, anything? I already have all the episodes digitally on my PS3 and I want to know if there is anything at all to entice me to buy the disc. Otherwise, I'm not very likely to buy it.

I'm asking about the regular disc release and not the Collector's Edition, just to make that clear.

    No, I don't think so.

The normal $30 retail version is just the game.

But the $70 collectors edition additionally includes the first 48 issues of the comic in The Walking Dead Compendium One with exclusive cover art by Charlie Adlard, and a special box also slathered in Adlard art.

What the guy above me said, i preferred it with the gaps though, so much more suspense although a lot of people hated this

Same here! I enjoyed experiencing the game throughout most of the year rather than completing it all in one or two days. It made me feel that I'd been a part of the story and it's characters journey for a longer period of time. For me, I think it enriched the experience, I doubt rushing through the episodes one after the other would have been as good.

Shame that the retail version doesnt have any bonuses, I would of loved to see some cut/deleted scenes.I'll save my money for seson 2 then.

to solve this problem----> play each episode weekly. but then again, i only bought the retail so i can add it to my collection. Still hoping Telltale releases their own collectors DVD version instead of having bestbuy's.....

Playing the game over the course of months just doesn't feel the same as beating it over the course of a few days...
