iPad 2 download problems for ALL games

Please can someone help, I am having trouble downloading any of the games that I have purchased on my iPad 2. I keep getting an error that the browser doesn't recognize the file type, no matter what browser I use.

Please explain to me how to fix this as I am not the most techno person and am very confused!!

    Where did you buy the games, and which games did you buy?

    I bought them from Telltale but every time I try to download them it says file type not recognized?

    If you bought the games here in the Store, you bought the PC and Mac versions, which don't run on iPads. The versions for iOS devices are available in the iTunes store.
