Chapter 4 Won't Load. Starts Chapter 1 up Instead (Xbox 360)

I just got the last 2 chapters and I went to load up chapter 4 but it loaded up Chapter 1, I thought I made a mistake so I tried again and it did it again. What happened? And please tell me I haven't just lost all my decisions.
