How to enter the gass door?

Can you please provide me with a detailed description, how to enter the glass door at the beginning of episode 1.

I tried one hour long to enter it, with nearly every button on my keyboard and nearly every guesture of my mouse, so how to do it?

I can see a hand symnbol, but no discription, how to knock or how to slide it open?

    umm,use mouse scroll to highlight the hand symbol (while you are targeting the door) and press left click on your mouse

    Don't know,sorry. Never tried to download it.

    There is a telephone symbol on the left side.

    Has this any meaning?
