This is like saying "Why should I play a game, since I know it'll end."
She does if you want to take off with the RV with her.
As for Kenny... I wish I had your luck. I have trouble making the guy actually not hate me.
Regardless, I think both Kenny and Lilly are really flawed. I supported Ken in the drugstore and I thought he was a better leader, but because I didn't help him killing a dude before we were sure he was dead, he decides to leave me behind in Macon. I supported his idea of going to find a boat, but he bitches around when I say we need a plan B. At least he went with me when I remembered him I took care of Kat and Duck.
Lilly bitched me around when I supported Ken, but changes her mind after I tried to save her dad, then she goes psycho when I support Doug and try to make her reason and tries to kill Ben.
Kenny changing sides after the meat locker is likely because he sees you trying to save Larry as an indirect way of you not caring about his family, or deliberately trying to put them in danger by potentially allowing a walker to attack the people who can save them. Since he puts his family above everything else, that's a pretty big point for him.
Both Lilly's actions at Ben and Kenny's responses about the boat are because they're both broken, in a way. With Lilly losing her father and Kenny losing his entire family, they're emotionally unstable and prone to snapping at any time, for any reason.
