A cool idea - The Walking Dead for Wii U

edited February 2013 in The Walking Dead
I thought it would be a cool idea if Telltale ported The Walking Dead to Wii U, and take advantage of the Gamepad. The player would make the decisions and the QTE through the gamepad, with no overall UI displayed on the TV. The other people in the room would be abled to watch it as a movie on the TV. What do you think? It wouldn't be a bad idea in my opinion! :)

That actually sounds like an awesome idea. Dunno if they'll do it though. :(

Um, that's what Wii U does when the game is being played on the GamePad than TV, not really an idea since it's its function.

    Maybe that could be interested.

Playing the game was an awesome experience, different from any other game, but I couldn't be bothered to watch someone else play, unless it was someone whom I liked.

Still, with so many reports of the game being broken (it worked perfectly fine with me), this is the least to expect.

IF there will be a Wii-U release, they'll probably wait for season 2. That may be released on Wii-U and if proven successful, they might just re-release season 1.
I have no idea what Telltale will have to pay Nintendo for them to release the game, or vica versa.

i reckon when they get around to season 2 a 'port' of the ipad/ios version could be done of season 1

As how the Wii U sales are falling hard now and losing exclusives, Telltale Games better not invest on a console like Wii U, at least for the moment.

They might have more losses than wins (profits).

By the way, Zombi(U) can turn out to be multiplatform if UbiSoft decides to.
