Episode 2: How to save Katjaa

I must have made a mistake somewhere.....I can't save Katjaa when she is held hostage on the stariwell....I need help

    Move slowly. SLOWLY. Like one press at a time. At some point, you will have the option to talk to Mama St. John again and just talk her out of it. Do that several times and you will be through.

    Anytime Brenda points a gun at you or tells you stop, stop moving. Then try to talk her down. When she points the gun back at Katjaa start moving forward again. Repeat until finished.

    I can not play, is asking me for a password and a user, and although I entered, the screen gets stuck and does not load the game, I do? please help, Thanks in advance ^ ^
