Your meaning isn't clear, do you mean zombie Lee or bitten Lee in jewelry store? If it was zombie Lee, that would suck but whatever. If it was Lee in jewelry store, I would just tell Clementine to leave me.

gun doesnt had any ammo and you now had to bash Lee's head in with baseball bat ?
The plan doesnt change, Clem has to stop me/Lee from turning. I feel it would be a lot harder on her emotionally to bash Lee's brains in and it would be a very undignified end for him.

Are you fucking serious? You expect Clementine to bash Lee's skull open? You think Lee would prefer to be hit in the face with a baseball bat 30 times instead of dying from the bite?

Considering the player is Lee, I don't think Crixus is wrong in thinking that his Lee would ask Clem to finish him off with a baseball bat. Whether Clem had the physical and emotional strength to do it, who knows.
Anyway, the topic reminds me of this South Park scene:

Yeah of course i would rather he die then become a walker chained to a radiator forced to slowly starve to death over a couple of months. He'd probably die in the first blow or two anyways but like i said it would be very traumatic for clementine to do that if she could, lucky she had the gun then. But my Lee thought Clem that You dont let people turn, especially those you care about.Your Lee was probably different from mine though so you would most likely have a different view.
Crixus is a masochist if true. He must hate Clementine to make her do that, too:D
Nah man i love Clementine, but if she wasnt able to do it of course i'd tell her to just leave me but i would hate that Lee would turn into a walker and starve to death, for me it was very important that Lee didnt turn because i dont want to think of Lee as a walker but as the man he was. But yeah if Clem couldnt do it i'd tell her to leave,i'd rather Lee/me suffer than her.

You underestimate the amount of punishment the human skull can take.
If you don't want to see Lee gently drift off to sleep, you definitely don't want to see him be completely mutilated with a baseball bat. Clementine was able to kill the walker with the bat after 6 hits, but his head was being smashed against the ground, and he had been rotting and deteriorating for months. Lee is propped up against a wall, with a skull that is very much intact. This is a very inconvenient position for a bludgeon victim, you aren't going to be able to get any solid brain-destroying hits (especially if you are a traumatized 9-year-old girl...).
Nevermind the fact that Clementine was barely able to shoot Lee, let alone savagely beat him to death.
Also, walkers do not feel pain to anywhere near the same extent that the living do. They are also no more intelligent than insects, they really don't understand pain and their self-awareness is extremely lacking. Lee's walker would simply be a husk, and while thinking about himself as a zombie is unpleasant, he wouldn't have any real awareness or feeling.

True but i as the player would be aware of his fate but yeah i get your point,i can't see Clem being able to do it, plus it would be a terrible way to die which is what i meant earlier when i said it would be an undignified end for Lee.
My decision would change and I'd tell her to leave Lee, and hope some kind strangers happen upon zombified Lee and put him out of his misery eventually.
I think being forced to repeatedly bash Lee skull with a blunt object would be far too traumatizing for Clem, and she wouldn't be able to recover fast enough. It could lead to her making mistakes that get her killed quickly afterwards.
