You guys hear about this Citadel place yet?

If you haven't heard of it, basically every member of the town has to be trained with a rifle and handgun and has to prove it on occasion. Everyone who heads to the town center must carry a loaded handgun. All households must have a full year supply of food and water as well as a rifle with 5 mags and 1,000 rounds of ammo. Also everyone needs to be trained in emergency medical care.
All I can say, Is this place will be the most well prepared place to survive a ZA then anywhere in the world lol.
