More effective choices

edited March 2013 in The Walking Dead
Maybe like the station wagon situation for example, certain situations could have impacted the characters more. If you chose to raid the wagon, then maybe it'd cause the loss of other people who'd of joined you later on. If you leave the wagon, maybe some of your people starve and the group looks down on you, or become more hostile to you just as others think you as a better person. And later not stealing would cause others later on to join your group to replace those who died (owners of food). It'd also be nice if certain choices were clearer, as in you knew they belonged to someone. If entering a house and you see there was signs of people in the house recently. Decisions where you know more plainly that they will affect things, and decisions that affect more than a pissed off guy
lol. Idk suggestions?

It would be nice if we had more decisions with depth. (Like the Carley/Doug choice)

Doug/Carly is a great example of a choice that matters but doesnt take away from the story. More of this would be nice.

Yeah definitely more Doug/Carley type effects going on. It has no major plot impact, but just made it feel like "my" game a lot more. A feeling that noticeably faded after their deaths. I felt a bit less involved after the living show of my influence was removed.

Save/Drop Ben and who you take to get Clementine didn't manage to recapture that effect as well, probably because the effects didn't last very long.

This. If Telltale can boost that aspect of the gameplay for S2, they'll really be on to something.
