Your Perfect PC for season 2
Since season 2 is coming out in the fall(hooray!!), i'm just wondering who you think would make the perfect player character for season 2. Even though TT probably has a character ready but maybe they'll get some ideas from this so write your Ideal character Name,Background, race and age. I want to see other peoples ideas and stuff. Even unique qualities of these people who know what TT might see.
Ill post mine in a second.

As soon as I finished season 1 I totally envisioned it flashing forward and us taking over a more grown up Clem. And we'd get to see (and help influence) exactly how her experiences in season 1 and since have shaped her.
She'd still have her own personality, but she'd always try and make the right decisions.
On the other hand, the fact that she's going through this whole zombie crisis in her developing years, and with all the horrible things she's had to witness and take part in, it could have a very negative effect on her too. So that's more where I still see there as being room for player choice and shaping the character.
Not saying this is what I want to happen or anything. I'd be fine with new characters too. But I totally could see this being done well too.
Someone who's not perfect.
I don't know. A sacked history professor isn't what came to my mind when I thought of a zombie apocalypse, but Telltale surprised me while surpassing my expectations. Hopefully they retain that.
Yeah. I appreciate how Lee managed to stand up as his own character while still being built up around our choices; and how we saw his adaption to the conflict and established relationships as something we mutually built up along with him.
...
I'll miss Lee....
I dunno... I just wanna play someone who is vulnerable and totally NOT leader material and we build them up to be the complete opposite of that.
I like this idea. She sounds pretty similar to Barbara from the original NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD, except in this case, she wouldn't become catatonic.
Or a pre-trained Clementine, except older, which could make for an interesting role reversal.
I offered an idea earlier for the player to choose between Christa or Omid before the game would begin. Whoever becomes the NPC by default is eaten by walkers during the first five minutes.
which is why they should have given Clementine a brother figure in season 1 instead of controlling a grown up who has to babysit her, since the Daddy/daughter narrative has been done many times already. I made a thread about this not to long ago
Even though this would be very difficult for a company like Telltale, I think the best solution would have been to create our own character.... Like in
Mass Effect.
I mean, since we can choose what Lee does and says in situations, I think it would have made sense since Lee was suppose to be "us" anyway. So creating our own version of what 'you think" your character should look like in the game would have been pretty awesome.
So in season 1, you want to be a mother/sister/father/brother figure to Clementine? you can do that. and you can set your own backstory before you start the game like you can in Mass Effect
although, I understand it would be extremely difficult to pull off and alot more time and effort would be required. I dunno, maybe its an unrealistic expectation
Also :
Randy tudor should be an npc like doug was i would like that
all you gotta do is change some scenes around for a female...for example.
If you choose to kill Larry, Kenny would have to be the one to keep Lily back while you bash Larry's head in with the salt lick, since it would be extremely difficult for a female character to keep Lily back

It would feel odd trying to shape the moral choices of someone who has already shown that they have their own set of standards.
In which I disagreed profoundly.
*Is alive(i.e. not a walker)
As long as those two points are fulfilled, i don't care who the character is, I'll likely be satisfied.
