Your Favorite Band

I noticed that there wasn’t a music thread, so I thought there might as well should be. Personally, my favorite band is either Van Halen or Aerosmith.

    The Pet Shop Boys.
    Who else would it be?

    Blue Oyster Cult most likely.

    Del Amitri.

Roll to Me, the song they're probably best known for, was by far their most commercial single. The rest of their stuff is much less pop-ish and is therefore infinitely better. Be My Downfall is still my favourite song of all time.

These are the four bands/artists I can NOT live without, and listen to them every day. Whether at home, at work or on the road.

No matter what mood I'm in, it always seems to start with Miles Davis and go from there...

Sonata Arctica did an amazing performance at a small joint I attended. Maybe a 100 people. WAS AWESOME.

Saw them back when they were still making listenable music... 7 or 8 years ago when they still had the good guitarist. They were okay. Not Blind Guardian level, but they were alright.
