Episode 3-4 rewind bug

Im having a problem on the walking dead, there's a bug SAVE FILE, and im not a steam user, i don't install steam on my computer, im just having a problem here can anyone help.

My Episode 3 to Episode 4 are BUG what i mean in BUG is whenever i click the REWIND on Episode 3 or Episode 4, i can't rewind it or replay that season, because when i click play, it goes black screen and do nothing, and the thumbnails are Lilly facing to the picture, please anyone how to fix, but my SAVE FILE are on Document.

    Had that type of problem on the xbox, redownloading solved it for me, might give it a try.

    Do you have a save game complete episode 1 - 5 i need it because i lost my save file, i have finish episode 5 and after exiting the game i went back then return to episode 4, can u pls give me a complete save game 1-5. download link!!! (whole Telltale Folder with save_1-save_??) thxs.

    cuz i forgot to make it a back up, so can u send me a download link of yours of a complete save game that has completed the whole episode i want the whole telltale games folder of THE WALKING DEAD, i will appreciate it thxs.
