the walking dead doesnt even run...

hey guys. i just bought the walking dead at steam. iam running win7 32bit; t4300; radeon hd4570; its a little older notebook, but I was able to run new xcom quite smoothly etc.; so as far as the hardware is concerned TWD shouldnt be a problem...but i dont even get to the actual game. everytime when I hit play...I get message that says - "Sorry this account is not authorized to acces this game." I have tried everything, I have googled everywhere. I have stumbled upon people having same problem like me, but no solution whatsover. I have tried running it as admin (which is ridiculous, because iam the only user on the system with only once account); I have tried different compatibility settings, nothing - at 98/me, it runs... but I get a white screen and when I press any button its just puts me into windows again....

any ideas? i really want to play it...

    no reply from steam, no reply from telltale, no reply here. well iam fucked. other games works fine. and only solution that i was able to google to the problem similar to my was solved by reinstalling win7...which I have no intention of doing.

    I bought the game from STEAM. And so many other friends have same issue.

    I apologize for the issue you are experiencing. We have implemented a fix that will help most affected customers login. Please try logging in again alternating between your username and your email address. If you still encounter a Login Error, this may indicate an issue with your login information in your registry. To correct this, please open a command window (Below are instructions on how to open a command window).

    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "cmd" and press enter

    Windows Vista / 7: Press the Windows key. Type in "cmd" and press enter

    Windows 8: At the start screen, type in "cmd" and press enter

    Then copy the command line below and paste it into the command window, press enter, and confirm the question (to confirm the question, type “y” and press enter):

    REG DELETE "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\Launcher”

    (Please make sure when you copy the above text that you do not copy a space before or after the text, as that will produce an error message. If you still receive an error after inputting the command line, please try typing in the command line one letter/symbol at a time into the Command prompt)

    Also please make sure your password ONLY contains a-z, A-Z, and 0-9 and no other characters. If you have an " or \ or any non-ASCII characters in your password, please login to your account on our website and change your password.

    Also, please make sure you are using the correct username/email and password. You can verify this information by logging into your account on our website. Please also note that your login credentials are case sensitive.
