Why isn't the forum live 24/7?

I know that to keep up a forum online costs money, but it's such a shame that especially this one is kept offline for a couple of hours every day when people who're looking for answers can't use it.

    This has been mentioned several times before, but it goes down for maintenance and upkeep.

    The new forums, when they eventually arrive, will not have this issue.
