Lee , Carley , Clementine and Ben as a family
I have been thinking that ever since the apocalypse started Lee , Carley , Clem and Ben ( yes Ben was with his school friends before Lee , Kenny and Mark found them but they don't count as family members ) were all alone before Lee found Clem and before they found Carley and the group and before Ben joined the group and these 4 lost their families from the beggining of the apocalypse . Lee saw his parents dead and had to kill his brother , Clem wanted to find her parents and she found as walkers , Carley and Ben's family are probably death as well .
Aside from Mark and Doug , Kenny had Katjaa and Duck in the beggining of the apocalypse before they bit the dust and Lilly had Larry before he died and these 4 never had their families with them in this disaster .
If this game had multiple endings and where our choices really matter than i can imagine one where Lee , Carley , Clementine and Ben become a family .
Lee and Carley hook up and adopt both Clem and Ben and survive together in this apocalypse as a family , i even saw two pics of them as a family , just check deviantart and type " Lee and Carley family " and you will find them .
Does anybody think that Lee , Carley , Clementine and Ben would make a great family ?

Ben's a good kid, but i don't see him having anywhere near as much of an emotional bond with Lee/Clem/Carley to consider them family yet. Lee and Clem are obvious, Carley has at least a hinted romance with Lee, but Ben doesn't have any moments that would make him "attached" to the others. Most major scenes with Ben seem to provoke negative reactions rather than positive(bandits/Clem in street/door handle in Crawford/attitude with Lee).
Besides, i think Ben would highly object to being "adopted" since he is always saying that he is an adult.
Yeah but he did have a bond with Clem , i mean with her showing him her drawings , him giving her the stickers for her walkie-talkie , and she did stood up for Ben at Crawford .
Yeah i thought too of Lee , Carley and Clementine as a family but when i thought careful about Ben , he did say in episode 5 that he never saw him parents and his little sister since the apocalypse started and he doesn't know what happened to them and i thought that Lee and Carley could fit the parents role and Clem as the little sister , and like I said maybe if this game had multiple endings there could be a ending where Lee , Carley , Clem and Ben end up as a family or an ending where only Lee , Carley and Clem end up as a family if you dropped Ben in Crawford and din't bond enough with him
And when you said that Ben would object about being adopted , yeah i can see that happening
As for Clem sticking up for Ben at Crawford, I see that as Clem of still having a child's mindset of right and wrong.
While it's possible that Clem may have truly saw Ben as a big brother, I believe the relationship must be a two way street. If Ben actually reciprocated such feelings, he would not have abandon Clem to die. This is unforgivable when all he had to do was grab Clem's wrist and run. He needn't be a hero. He just needed to be a brother in that moment. He failed.
Carley may have seen Ben as a little brother given her spirited defence of him outside the RV. However, again, it's a two way street. If Ben actually cared about Carley as a big sister, he should have done the right thing and confess when Lilly was coming down hard on Carley and threatening to exile the traitor.
In both instances, Ben's attitude was "it's all about me" basically. This isn't what I want in my family.
Frankly, Ben may cry about not knowing what happened to his family. The way I see it, his family has a much greater chance of surviving without Ben.
Ben will probably try to attach himself to any group--family or not--he can find because he knows he's a useless coward who leeches off others to survive. And unfortunately, it's may be the goodness in some people like Carley and Clem and Lee (depending on how he's played) that accept Ben.
Cant trust Ben to succeed as far as you can throw him.
I think so, nobody told him better, theoretically he was more adult than kid, but practically he was more kid, he wasn't mature, he didn't live on his own, he was a college student, who hasn't seen much in life besides classrooms and maybe parties. He has no set of skills, he can't fix a car, because he never needed to, he can't shoot a gun, because he never had to, was (controversial) too young to, he can't protect someone, show responsibility because he never had to do that before to that extent. Maybe watch his sister (if she's younger than him) He mentioned a sister, didn't he? However - if someone had taught him those things, he would have grown to be a help like Clem, who in the beginning wasn't better than Ben, seriously. In the early days Clem was useless too, she had good will (just as Ben) a heart of gold (just like Ben) and was brave (well... unlike Ben) but she wasn't able to shoot a gun, or anything like that. Until Lee taught her. I think Ben could have turned out to be just as much of a help like Clem was towards the end, if he had someone to show him, a role model, like Lee was for Clem.
Maybe it's just his personality, and he's a naturally shy and passive guy. I don't think Kenny siding with Ben while Lilly holds a gun to his face(or Lilly siding with Ben as Kenny tries to beat him down) would change him much at all. Maybe if the WHOLE group cared for him, but that's a different story.
What did you expect? They were mostly fine towards Ben, only Lilly and Larry were hostile initially. Towards the end people turned on him, because of cowardice and penchant for getting everyone killed.
For acts of compassion, Clementine treats him as a friend throughout, He leaves her to die on the street. Carley defends him being included into the group, leaps to his defense on the side of the road, he lets her take the blame (and ultimately die), for his crime. So yeah, being nice to Ben doesn't make him more likely to help you.
Ben is just a fucking coward.
I agree with you man
I thought that Carley Lee and Clementine will go thru all episodes as a great family till the end of the Walking Dead series.
Ben would probably accidentally set the house on fire and kill everyone inside.
