(Xbox 360) Poker Night 2 - Avatar Item Not Unlocked

I have completed and received all the bounties in Poker Night 2, but when I went to check out the Avatar items, the Blood Wing avatar item was not unlocked, I had all the rest (Orb, Necronomicon, Sam's Suit & Glados). And since it is unlocked via the achievement (which is now unlocked), I cannot unlock the achievement a second time to get the Avatar item. Anyway to fix this?

    The same thing happened to my son when he played it only he didn't get his GLaDOS prop. He earned it too, and the achievements popped, but the avatar item wouldn't unlock.
    Can't even replay to try it again.....
