Where could i found the German Patch from Telltale ?

I can´t found in the Store this Patch for PC to read the Game with German Subtitles ?! Please help.

    I just downloaded Episode 1 again and it gives you the possibility to install in german. Menus and subtitles are all in (not very good) german.
