Can Clementine's story end without her dying ?
Am i the only one who thinks that Clementine story arc should end without her dying or getting killed by walkers , bandits or other psychopats or maybe based on our choices like if you played like a dick then she will be a heartless monster and she can die or if you played good she can survive and possibly meet Omid and Christa and it would be the last time we see them as they became a group and survive as a family .
Some people suggest that Clem should die because it would make season 2 much emotional and it would show that no one is safe but if she dies cannon and we can't change her death like Lee , Carley , Kenny , Ben , Larry , Shawn etc , than all of our choices were all for nothing if she dies no matter what and Lee's sacrifice will be thrown in the trash and it would be a big middle finger to the relationship of Lee and Clem and to everybody who love them .
So does anyone else agree that Clem shouldn't not get killed canon to show that our choices really matter ?

If they were to do that, it'd be cool if it was like the Fallout 3/NV endings, where each had an ending movie, but each scene was determined by different decisions, so there were many, many combinations, and thus many different endings, I think counting all combinations it'd be at least a two-digit number, probably around 10-20.
You're comparing Clem to Rick? That's interesting. I always compare her to Carl. Both are seemingly never going to die.
As for the topic, a situation in which Clem's fate is questionable (like the post credits scene for season 1) would probably be the best way to send off her story.
Well, i have read in an interview with Robert Kirkman that(potential comic spoiler)
If that is true then this could bode ill for Clem...
I support the non-canon style. Whether she lives or dies and what type of survivor she becomes should be shaped by our decisions.
So, you think that Rick=Lee. Carl=Clementine?
I read the letter hacks of every issue for the comic up to the 100s(where it's at now), and Kirkman said he feels like Carl could lead the comic now if he wanted to. I think that says that Kirkman treats Rick as the main focus as long as he is alive, and only after he dies will the main character be Carl.
Same here. I left after issue 100. There's simply not a character I care for anymore. And now I've been hearing things about a man owning a tiger. Glad I left the comics.
My, my...
If they kill Clem in Season 2, then Lee's influence is completely gone, and any resemblance of his story dies with her. I suppose it would work if she dies at the end of the game, but if you're saying she should die early on and the game should continue without her, that doesn't carry on Lee's legacy at all.
