Can anyone guess at the Timeline to the comic?

Like how far along is ricks story at episode 5s end? i THINK that the events of episode 3 4 and 5 all take place in a matter of days, so it skiped 3 months ahead after episode one and then after episode 2 it skipped about 1 or 2 weeks , so rick is out of his month long coma and is by now is surley at the prison?

Yes, you right, and Rick's group stay in prison nearly one year.

If I recall, by the end of episode 5, Rick's group is probably getting out of the Atlanta camp.

I would say after leaving Atlanta to the prison ark would be a good timeline.

Of course! Snow! It's the answer! In ep 5 still no snow, Rick leave camp and find prison when first snow fell.

Hopefully we'll have snow in S2 then, that'd make a nice change.
Wasn't there snow at the willshire estates as well? That, if I recall it right, was just a little before prison, (rather mild spoiler ->)
They couldn't read the sign saying "Don't enter, everybody dead" because the snow covered it
but Wilshire Estates was just one single day anyways, so it doesn't matter much anyways.

Well... I believe Rick and the group would be newly leaving Hershel's farm and settling at the prison, since it has been about 3-4 months? Rick's coma = 1 month, then maybe several weeks at farm or so( I forget) before they get kicked out, so now they should be at the prison.

Our group could very well run into Hershel and his family again at the farm if Clem decides to go there for refuge/help. It would be before they are forced off by walkers, and it could give a reason why Clem and her people would get separated by the others.

wtf?? so ur saying they would travel ALL THE WAY back to atlanta so clem can go to a farm she was told to get out of and never come back?

Uh... how far do you think they got? And yes, because her home is in that direction, and I think a nine year old girl would rather go somewhere she is familiar with. She wouldn't go to the Motel(bandits), nor the pharmacy(not safe), so really at this point it would be her house, Hershel's, or a random location. Besides, Telltale spoke of wanting to tie in more characters of Walking dead into the game, so they have to come from somewhere xD

well from the point they met omid and christa, they were on the train for 12 hours, if a train is going at full speed straight ahead its gunna get pretty far in 12 hours, so on a guess it would take clem with her little 9 year old legs around 600 hours to walk back.

oh and about the " more characters " it says on wiki peadia that they are interested in bringing characters from the TV SHOW into the game, and that for me would ruin it.

Ever heard of a car? lol I never said she'd be alone. And... Christa speaks of wanting to go to the countryside, where Hershel resides. Also, Hershel would be at the farm still in the comics too.

On the trivia of episode 4 around every corner in the walking dead wiki, one part of it says "According to the first tape, October 9th was Day 82 since the outbreak, implying that the outbreak took place on July 20th."

We don't need anymore crossovers after Episode 1, it is not necessary and would mess with the canon even more.

I would like to see Negan in the game, to know his background story.

That could end up in another Lilly situation, where Robert Kirkman decides he wants to explain Negan's background(and it conflicts with the game). This would be more likely since Negan is a major character and the comic Lilly wasn't.

I could live with Negan but anyone from the show is a no go.

I agree, I wouldn't want show characters in the game; it'd mess with the game being canon. Negan in it would be sweet, although it would make little sense since he is in D.C.

Comic speculation, tagged as spoiler - just to be sure.
Perhaps he wasn't there from the very beginning, maybe he came from Georgia as well, for all we know, we don't know much about him, and if R.Kirkman agreed to let Telltale, who've proven to be able to create a great backstory actually do it, this game would bring clarity into Negan's story, and also give us a great villain in the game.

The guy must've been normal back when things were normal, right? Something must have driven him to become the person he is now.
