-SPOILERS- How many times have you played through, and do you still get emotional?

edited June 2013 in The Walking Dead
So I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna admit, I am a hardcore fan of TWD, and I had to have played through at least 11 times... (no lies:p) I just finished the game for probably the 11th time tonight, and I still get a little choked up at the end of episode 5 where dear ol' Lee passes on to a better place... So, how many times have YOU guys played through, and do you still get a little sad at the end if you have played through numerous times? (LIKE ME!!! :D)

Lee's death was too emotional for me so one time is enough :( (I'm still trying to re-coup from November). I'll play it again, but only Episodes 1-4 lol.

Once I'll pass the bar of boredom, which for me is episode 1, because I know it all to well... except for the office scene with Clem, because that is intense, there's no stopping me playing, and I still feel all the emotions, just a little less intense than at the first time.
I've played it through 3 or 4 times myself + some times with different friends.
The ending still feels like a bad bad nightmare to me, I still go to sleep with tears in my eyes after it (Because I only play twd at night as supposed to).

4 times but i would play more but that would be pure torture seeing the ending over and over again

7, 7, 5, 3, 1- amount of times I played each episode. There's nothing I wanted to relive or wanted another look at in Ep5

I have only played the last episode once for obvious reasons.

Hundreds of times. I like to play though as many different ways as possible. I remember long after EP5 came out and I must have been on my tenth or so playthough and I still would hear new dialogue, mostly from Kenny though.

I have played through the entire game 3 times already and going on my fourth time. I'm in episode 3 :D And I used to always watch LP videos of TWD on youtube and I always get emotional when the person cries.

No, not anymore. Granted, I've played at least 10 times...

I don't play it anymore, but I must've played through a good 5-6 times at least. I get more depressed than outright emotional, but it still kind of sucks. Like when you're pushing Clem on the swing in Episode 2, you can see Duck sitting on a stump in the background, with Kenny standing next to him with a hand on his shoulder. I always think Duck is going to die in a week. I just can't help but get a little depressed. I also get sad at the train scenes with Duck, Lee's bite, and Kenny's "death". But nothing is as bad as The Marsh House and everything after. I can hardly bring myself to play after Lee just strides through the herd because it's so sad after his Crowning Moment of Badass.

I've played enough to experience most of the dialogue choices. It was only after my second playthrough that I stopped getting emotional.

I played twice, with my second play-through focusing on siding with Kenny. Since it was only twice i still got emotional, but i have only played episode 5 once. It was too soon to go through that again...

Unfortunately(or fortunately) my saves got erased, so when Season 2 comes out I'm going to play through the first season again. :)

I'm on my second playthrough right now, but I've seen multiple Lets Plays and watched enough friends and family play it (as I couldn't just not suggest the game to them - it was too good!) that I pretty much know all of the dialogue options and outcomes. I've only ever played episode 5 once - and only watched one full Lets Play of that episode (seen bits and pieces of others.)

Even still, having memorized 90% of the game, I still feel a lot of things when I play. I'm not the type to cry at games, books, or movies, and I never have - though I nearly did playing this one - but often I find myself talking to the game when I play, usually in the more 'urgent' situations or when I'm speaking in-game to Clementine.

The end of episode 5 will always get me, though, I think. Clementine was animated so wonderfully; I don't think it will ever lose its emotional impact for me.

I've done 5 play-throughs now. Losing Carley and Doug gets harder every time. Losing Mark becomes darkly funny, in a redshirt kind of way. Omid gets funnier with every play-through. The ending always makes me cry. Every fucking time.

There is a very good reason I played Episode 5 just once.
