If I tell Kenny Katjaa should do it or I'll do it will it affect our brorelationship

    No so much difference. If you tell that, you will shoot him, then Katja, and Kenny will go in the forest together to say last goodbye. If you tell that Katja must do it, she will go to the forest alone. Also a little changing in dialog with Clem.
