Season 2 Alternate Titles

Does anyone have a list of the fake alternate titles in the beginning of each Season 2 episode? I keep missing them since I get distracted by the artwork.

    203 is based on the Heretical Apocrypha "Sam and Max Meet a Guy Who Sucks", if I remember correctly.
